We respect your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you join the Olma waitlist and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• A timestamp and a hidden anti-spam field, used to filter automated submissions

We do not use cookies on this site for tracking or advertising.

2. Why we collect it

We use your name and email to let you know when Olma is ready and to share occasional product updates beforehand. The timestamp and anti-spam field are used only to weed out bot signups.

3. How we store it

Your information is stored securely with our email service provider. We keep it until Olma launches, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties. The only processor we share it with is the email service provider that helps us deliver our waitlist communications.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Send you a copy of the information we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information from our records

Olma is operated by Other Shapes Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, which acts as the data controller for the personal information described above.
